    Important Notes;

    Fail

    1. AAE is compulsory for senior officers


    prior joining vessel (P&E projects).
    2. Senior officers who have passed the
    initial AAE are not required to attend
    the same process again. Records of
    results and attendance to be
    maintained by Contractors and made
    ready upon request.
    3. Senior officers who have successfully
    attended the same AAE with Logistic
    (SCM) are not required to repeat the
    same process. Records of results and
    attendance to be submitted as
    evidence.
    4. The proposed AAE candidates must
    be accepted by Contract Holder.
    5. AAE shall took place at PCSB KL Office
    ONLY.
    However,
    when
    deemed
    necessary
    due
    to
    special
    circumstances session elsewhere or
    via teleconference will be considered
    upon approval.
    6. Candidates to bring along relevant
    documents such as COC, CVs,
    Discharge Book, etc.
    7. Dress Code - Office attire.
