According to a report by G. John Richards, Prosecuting Attorney of Lincoln County, the


following cases were heard in the Circuit Court of Lincoln County before the Honorable Amy
Kinker on April 26, 2010.

STATE OF MISSOURI VS. HOANG PHAM

Hoang Pham, 20, of Wentzville, entered a plea of guilty to the Class C Felony of burglary in the
second degree. The defendant received a suspended imposition of sentence of five years with the
Missouri Board of Probation and Parole and was ordered to pay restitution. The Court followed
the State’s recommendation. This sentence arose out of the events of December 03, 2009, in the
County of Lincoln, State of Missouri, the defendant knowingly entered unlawfully in an
inhabitable structure located at 144 Whispering Oak Woods, for the purpose of stealing therein.
