• Operator ask the detail item and the
contact person for follow up information purposes. The process • Operator will contact housekeeping or banquet operation to check the lost items.
• Operator will ask for replying weather the
item found or not found. The process • Operator will call the contact person and inform for the item lost, found or not found.
• For lost item and founded the operator
will ask for time that item will be claimed. The process • If founded the lost item can be claim by the guest it self or person designated for it, must bring ID card and bring designated letter.
• For Valuable item, Duty Manager will
give claim form and must be sign by guest. The process • For Non Valuable item, the guest is only sign on lost and found form receive.
• For lost and found item which not
