NUMERACY ASSESSMENT SCHEDULE

Assessment is an ongoing process and provides teachers with valuable feedback on student progress and direction for class programs. A variety of approaches are used from anecdotal
information and peer assessment to diagnostic and more formal testing. Standardised and external testing provide further feedback as the school is compared to state and national standards
and like school groups. All assessment surveys student mathematical performance, identifying strengths and weaknesses with programs planned subsequently to meet student needs. Results
will be recorded on SPA.
