Hasil uji validitas untuk variabel motivasi instrinsik diperoleh nilai-nilai r

hitung dari pertanyaan nomor 1 sampai dengan nomor 10 terletak antara -0,0850,945. Soal nomor 6 dan 8 didapatkan r hitung lebih kecil dari r tabel 0,444 maka
item-item tersebut dapat dinyatakan tidak valid, sedangkan

pertanyaan lain

diperoleh nilai-nilai r hitung terletak antara 0,488-0,945 lebih dari r tabel 0,444
maka item-item tersebut dinyatakan valid.
Hasil uji reliabilitas untuk variabel motivasi instrinsik diperoleh nilai alpha
cronbach didapatkan sebesar 0,875 lebih besar dari 0,6 sehingga instrumen
tersebut dinyatakan reliabel..
Hasil uji validitas untuk variabel kepatuhan perawat diperoleh nilai-nilai r
hitung dari pertanyaan nomor 1 sampai dengan nomor 20 terletak antara 0,3320,846. Soal nomor 8,12 dan 16 didapatkan r hitung lebih kecil dari r tabel 0,444
maka item-item tersebut dapat dinyatakan tidak valid, sedangkan pertanyaan lain
diperoleh nilai-nilai r hitung terletak antara 0,470-0,846 lebih dari r tabel 0,444
maka item-item tersebut dinyatakan valid.
Hasil uji reliabilitas untuk variabel kepatuhan perawat diperoleh nilai
alpha cronbach didapatkan sebesar 0,895 lebih besar dari 0,6 sehingga instrumen
tersebut dinyatakan reliabel.
