Attendees: Donghun Lee, Ioannis Kamitsos, Lorne Applebaum, Peter Liu, Arvid Wang, Noah
Jafferis, Andrew Harms, Matt Meola, Lizette Taguchi, Yi Wang.

Formal afterthoughts:
- Suggestion that waltz lessons should play regular waltz so that it is easier for beginners.

- Building services actually thought that they were supposed to move the tables back.

- Bar setup was very good.

- There could be a snacks refill after midnight.

- Discussion about procedure to follow when other organizations ask for permission to use lights
or other equipment.

Responsibilities manual:
- All the information regarding positions’ responsibilities should be in one place

- Manuals should be available before the elections announcement

- Discussion when the exact deadline should be.

Other issues:
- Discussion about whether GC website should be updated or not

- Regarding the email about the grill: Public safety should be notified for events that include light
fire.

- Discussion whether we should have a procedure that make people borrowing stuff officially
responsible for that.

- Discussion whether we should have an event to see what things that are stored need to be
discarded or kept stored.
GSG End of year party.
- GSG representative presented the budgets of 2009 End of Year party and 2010 Winter party
and presented possible ways the GCHC can contribute to 2010 End of Year Party (funding
and/or staffing)

- GCHC will give a response to GSG within 2 weeks.

Next GCHC meeting will be determined through the poll
