I am deputed at above mentioned place for the practical training for above said period. I give following
undertakings.
1. I will follow the instructions provided by the faculty in charge of practical training of Civil
Engineering Department without fail. In addition I will also follow the instruction provided by
site-in-charge or project in-charge.
2. I will follow the rules and regulation of the organisation where I have been deputed for practical
training.
3. I will maintain discipline and decorum at the institute/site and will regularly attend the site and
will observe all possible construction activities.
4. I will not take any leave during practical training. In case of urgent need; I will take permission
of site/project in-charge and faculty in charge of practical training.
5. I will follow the schedule of submission of the reports to the institute without fail. I understand
that non submission of reports may cause failure in the course of practical training.
6. I will submit the certificate of successful completion training to the faculty in charge of practical
training of Civil Engineering Department, IT-NU.
7. I will bear all the expenses including travelling, lodging and boarding at the site.
8. I will follow the safety rules at the site prescribed by the organization.
9. I will take care of my safety during the practical training. I will use safety helmet, safety shoes
and reflecting jacket at the construction site.
10. I know that the institute and/ or the organization where I have been deputed for practical training
are not responsible for any accident that may take place during training.
11. I will not take any site/project related data/drawing without permission of the site in-charge.
12. I will use data provided at site/project for academic purpose only.
13. After completion of practical training I will submit hard and soft copies of the training report
and present activities observed during training.
