ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO AMEND

AND STAYING OBJECTION DEADLINE
In this action, Plaintiff GinA, proceeding in forma pauperis, alleges that Defendants
violated her civil rights. On March 16, 2016, I recommended that the Court dismiss Plaintiffs
complaint, sua sponte and without service on Defendants, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2).
(Recommended Decision, ECF No. 10.) On March 17, 2016, Plaintiff filed a motion requesting
leave to amend her complaint. (ECF No. 11.) Although Plaintiff did not attach a proposed
amended complaint to her motion, Plaintiff may amend her pleading as a matter of course in
accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15(a)(1). Accordingly, Plaintiffs motion for
leave to amend is granted. Plaintiff shall file her proposed amended complaint on or before April
8, 2016. Because Plaintiff may amend her complaint, the date by which Plaintiff must file her
objection, if any, to the Recommended Decision is stayed pending the Courts review of her
proposed amended complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915.

U.S. Magistrate Judge
