Ms. Kwasnicki has met or exceeded every goal with respect to planning for student learning. She
well organized and clearly understands the teaching process.

Ms. Kwasnicki's lesson were developmentally appropriate for middle school. She regularly checked
for understanding and promoted critical thinking. She made very good use of the available
technology; MixCraft4, PowerPoint, and prerecorded media

Ms. Kwasnicki used self reflection and student self assessment to check for understanding. We also
discussed the use of rubrics for assessment.

Ms. Kwasnicki has developed an excellent working relationship with the students. This "skill" is one
that is difficult to teach. She has it "naturally." She has the right personality for teaching.

Ms. Kwasnicki is very professional in her "job" performance. She is consistently punctual,
professionally dressed and well mannered. She has an extent work ethic and is willing to reflect on
her own performance seeking to make her excellent skills even better.
Overall Comments
Ms. Kwasnicki's performance has been excellent. She arrived for student teaching well prepared and
has shown tremendous growth over the past 8 weeks. She is "classroom" ready for a music teaching
position. It has been a pleasure being her cooperating teacher.
