Tim Hortons Children Foundation appoints new Communications Head Manager


Barrie, Ont. October 20, 2015- One of the most valuable non-for profit companies is hiring a
new head communications manager. Tim Hortons Children Foundation announces today the
appointment of Alena Kondratieva as the new communications head manager.
Tim Hortons Children Foundations welcomes Alena Kondratieva with her optimistic
attitude and thrive to determination for the foundation. Stated by Tim Hortons Children
Foundation, CEO, John Smith on Friday, October 16, 2015.
Kondratieva has graduated from the Brock University and Mohawk College collaborative
program of Business Communications and Public Relations. Through Kondratievas school year,
she was Don of activities for the younger students and joined every extra school program she
could. Her flourish and willpower showed through her school years at Brock and Mohawk with
her marks and extra curricular activities. Kondratieva was also in the board of directors for the
students in the Canadian Public Relations Society where she helped with events and creative
ideas. Kondratieva also already worked for the Tim Hortons Children Foundation through the
summers of her school years learning the roots of our company.
The new head manager of communication will be responsible for the internal and
external communication tactics of the company. These responsibilities include sharing our stories
and responsibilities of the company with the public and employees. Also, contacting

partners and anyone else for that matter internally and externally. Kondratieva will also be in
charge of all the media tactics through the company.
The Tim Horton Children Foundation was founded in 1974. This foundation was created
to express Tim Hortons affection for children and the want to help the ones that are less
fortunate. With many camps around Canada, Tim Hortons Children Foundation is happy to
provide fun for kids.
