Student safety and achievement are the top priorities at D@SNP. The email discusses implementing a restroom break schedule to ensure an orderly environment and limit misbehavior. Each teacher's class will have a designated time slot between 9:10-9:20 in the morning and 1:30-1:40 in the afternoon to use the restrooms, with the goal of meeting the school's proficiency target. Any questions about the schedule should be directed to the principal or assistant principal.

Student safety and achievement are our top priorities at D@SNP. It is imperative that we mind the schedule to ensure that students are learning in a safe and orderly environment. We cannot continue to have all three classes come in the building and use the restroom at the same time. Below is the restroom break schedule that was discussed on our January 27, 2016 staff meeting: Morning Restroom Break: 9:10: Creecy 9:15: Dongilli 9:20: Perry Afternoon Restroom Break: 1:30: Perry 1:35: Dongilli 1:40: Creecy If we mind the schedule, it will limit student misbehavior and will encourage a sense of urgency that we need to meet our goal of 50% proficiency. If you have any questions or concerns, please let myself or Ms. Williams know. Best, Caroline Linker Principal Resident Dawson at Scotland Neck Primary
