I. Have a vision
An entreprener is someone who has a vision for something and a desire to
create it. Keep your vision clear at all times.

Success may as a result of two things, one is luck and one is hard work.
Hard work and self discipline are a common denominator between most
business leaders which prove that, when you think you are working to hard, you
are probably right, but it is also the reason you are where youre.
III. Strive for success, But remain humble
First and foremost, any young founder must have a hunger for success
and winning. Most importantly stay humble and listen. Your team absolutely
needs to understand that you are predictably calm and composed for them to
flourish.
IV. Acknowledge your own short comings
The best fruit in any leader is to be able to admit their weakest point and
build a team to complement it.
V. Always challenge and encourage yourself
Young leaders must aspire to continuity challenge themselves and focus
efforts own improving their strengths as much as their weaknesses. You can be
supported by the biggest team and staff but sometimes as leader it can be lonely.
Those are the times you should find the drive and encouragement within
yourself.
VI. Know your customer
Knowing your customer is one of the most important key to your success.
Know those you serve better than anyone else, and you will be able to deliver
the solutions they need.

VII. Learn from mistakes


Many entrepreneurs point to mistakes as being best teacher. When you
learn from your mistakes you move closer to success even though you initially
failed.
Being a successful entrepreneur takes a lot of work, a lot of
vision and a lot of preservance. These tips from entrepreneurs who have already
