Dear parents,
Yanchep Beach Primary School will be holding its annual cross-country running
event on Friday the 8th of May. This event will be a fantastic occasion with all
students competing for their respective factions. Please see below for the order of
events.
Time Schedule (approximate)
Students are to assemble on the oval in house groups in their faction bays next to
the cricket pitch.

Spectators are welcome. However, both students and parents must remain in
their allocated areas at all times. This will ensure that the event runs smoothly
for both participants and spectators.
Important Information
1. Students will leave their faction hat inside the bays when running the course;
2. If your child has a medical condition (such as asthma), please liaise with the
classroom teacher to ensure that all necessary medications are on hand; and
3. Every competitor who finishes across the line will receive points for their
faction team.
