Muscle Power Lab Essay
Each of the seven tests required a certain amount of work but some took more than
others. The sit-ups and push-ups were the most powerful each amounting over 250,000 watts.
The least powerful were station one and two the leg extensions and stair climbers. The stair
climbers on required 129 watts while the stair climber required just 666 watts. I think the legs
required the least work because it had the least number of reps and those muscles are stronger
and do the task with less work. Some muscles are stronger than others and it all depends on how
much work I have done to develop certain ones more than others. I will use what I have learned
to further develop the muscles that are weaker so if I tried this again it would require less work
for all of the tests.
