REMARKS
The Morning Huddle took place at 9.05 am and went on till 10:00 am. Topic GOOD Friend was discussed in the huddle. Later BM spoke about general
targets achievement and strategies for new recruits.

The participants of the Meeting were as follows :

1. Mr. Prasad - Branch Manager who conducted the meeting

2. Mr. Madhusudhan - Branch Operations Manager
3. Mr. Ravi Kumar - BAM
4. Mr. Vinod Kumar - ABAM
5. Mr. Ganesh - BAM who came at 9:15 a.m and joined the huddle.
6) Mr. Rakesh Kumar - R.E who came at 9:10 a.m. and joined the huddle.
7) Mr. Narender - Trainer who came at 9:20 a.m. and joined the huddle.

It was noticed that all participants were marking as 9:00 a.m. in security register while some were coming after 9:00 a.m. Security guard was not
checking the time and later when agent inquired about the same, security guard was smiling.

The BM took the agent through the entire DSR Process. Its in the software called Choreography. Every BAM enter the calls in the application
CALLATHON. They need to make minimum 4- 5 calls every day. This can be viewed by the BM who can add on his comments. The next step is JFW/
DSR where the physical appointments and calls were noted.

However DSR was seen updated till 28th November for BAM- Mr Ganesh, BAM- Mr Vinod Kumar till 30th November and BAM- Mr Ravi till 1st
December 2015.
3) Is the Recruitment BOP (Branch Opportunity Presentation) made as per the format specified by the
Recruitment team?

Agent spoke to Recruitment Head about Recruitment BOP which was made as per the format followed by the Recruitment head Mr Rakesh Kumar.

BM showed participants list and details in his System which happened on 5th and 22nd November 2015 and 22 people attended the meeting.

NBMS did not happen in the branch till date and hence no soft copy or hard copy was maintained or present in the branch. Also trainer resigned 2 days
back and new trainer was recruited from Hyderabad Begumpet branch as informed by BM Mr. Prasad.

BM showed Performance dialogue in his Choreography which was updated till 2nd December 2015.

REMARKS
Branch had W1 Branch Agency Meeting which happened on 6th November 2015 and altogether 150 people participated in the meeting.

BM also showed the physical copy of the participants who attended the meeting which was held in a hotel.

There were 360 Advisers and 32 Leaders in the Branch.

7) Does the branch have a minimum of 40% attendance in the Branch Agency Meetings of the past
month (all 4 weeks together)?

Only one meeting was held. Manager mentioned that we covered 40% and hence no more meetings were held

All together 150 people attended the meeting held on 6th November 2015 out of 392 Advisers and Leaders.

Around 40% attendance was achieved in the meeting which was held.

Leader Unit Meeting is happened every Thursday in the branch and around 10-15 people attended the meeting regularly. All participants were recorded
in Branch BA register at Security Desk. Also agent spoke to Leaders and inquired about the same.

Branch Income Plan was shown by the BM in his Choreography and also by the BAM individually but the Income plan was not shared with Leaders
through Hard copies or emails.
Leaders come to the branch and note down the Income plan in there respective diaries.

branch and also there was no place to put the board in the branch.

OVERALL COMMENTS Overall it was seen that employees were coming late and registering standard time in the security register which was 9:00 a.m.
Boards were not present in the branch and those which were present had no dates mentioned on it.
