    The sum total of the facts and the records regarding Disqualification for a Cause by Ms Sara Netanyahu and purported decision by Judge Dita Pruginin, which denied the Disqualification, simply doesn't add up... Request was filed in the Jerusalem Regional Labor Court, asking to inspect Judge Pruginin's electronic signature data (if such signature exists at all) of the purported April 3, 2016 decision, which was published by media. Decisions by the Ombudsmen of the Judiciary document routine falsification of court records by Israeli judges in recent years, following the implementation of a new IT system in the courts – Net-HaMishpat. The most blatant case was the “Reconstructed Protocol” by Judge Varda Alshech. The evidence points out a long list of falsified, simulated court record, including the judgment in the murder trial of Roman Zadorov in the Nazareth District Court, the judgment in the Holyland corruption scandal in the Tel-Aviv District Court, and restraining orders in the Tel-Aviv Magistrate Court, which “redefined Freedom of Expression” in Israel. The fundamental fraud in development and operation of Net-HaMishpat system undermines the fundamental integrity of the courts and the rule of law. Refusal by Judge Pruginin to permit inspection of the electronic signature data (if it exists at all) on her latest decision in this case, would not doubt be deemed Shell Game Fraud or Confidence Trick – a well known fraud method.
