Dear Ms. Marsh:
We are pleased to hear that the Capitol Biodiesel plan is nearing completion of financing and is set to kick
off your Grease to Green Waste Vegetable Oil (WVO) collection program in earnest in the coming
months.
Your project is poised to do great things for Metro Washington, DC, from providing the much-needed,
quality FOG pick-up services to offering cleaner burning biodiesel for transportation infrastructure of our
area. We are also excited about the marketing efforts your team will put forth to highlight the overall
project, creating awareness of sustainability and your local partners. It will help spur the development of
the restaurant industry, and benefit our communities environmentally and economically. By participating
in your Grease to Green campaign, we are hoping to contribute to not only our bottom line, but the
bottom line for the metropolitan area and its residents, specifically through:
Cleaner Air
Economic Development
Job Creation
Local Sustainability awareness
Cleaner Sewers & Waste Management Infrastructure
This Letter of Intent should serve as written support of our company for your efforts, and as an invitation
to negotiate a collection agreement as soon as possible. We look to contract with Capital Biodiesel
Grease to Green for the collection of our WVO to be processed into a higher lifecycle value of biodiesel
for the NCR
We are looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with Capitol Biodiesel.

Sincerely,
