The first directorate session is scheduled this coming Friday, April 8, 2016, 2:00 PM at
the Loyola Conference Room. The following are the agenda that we wished to talk and
settle during the meeting:
a. Approval of the Parliamentary Rules as the 23rd Directorate Code of
Conduct
b. Approval of the Interview Rubrics
c. Approval of the Legislative Secretary, Associate Legislative Secretary and
Chief of Staff
d. Assigning and Approval of Directorship
e. OVP Representatives (Director Committee)
f. Other Matters: (re: Set-up for Autonomous Units and Executive Officers
Interview)
