Introduction
High Level Project Purpose/Justification
Our purpose as the developer is to create a model home that provides spacious home designs
with high quality workmanship, energy saving construction and state-of-the-art architectural
designs for comfortable family living.

Project Scope
The scope of this project is a two story home with a wooden foundation (upper, cement as a
base) and stone walls. The timeline for it is 3 months and the projected Contractor cost is 1520%of the total Production Cost. Upon completion, the new property will include the following
as described in the listed specifications.

Project Requirements
The house must be within 4800 square feet. The master bedroom will be 16x16 square ft, and the
other two will be 10x10 square ft. Kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms will be fully appliance
with state-of-the-art equipment. Backyard will have an in-ground swimming pool along with a
patio. Front and backyard will be fully landscaped. There will be tile and wood floors throughout
the home, marble countertops in the bathroom and granite in the kitchen. This project has an
Expenditure of 300,000 dollars and must be built within 3 months of the start of project.
