    That, I will be responsible for any misuse of this card, if done by my spouse.
    That, I will be responsible for any kind of security lapse by my spouse in/against Pakistan.
    That, I will be responsible to report NADRA in case of divorce along with documentary proof for
    cancellation of POC.
