    PETITION FOR A WRIT OF CERTIORARI

    QUESTIONS PRESENTED
    Who has jurisdiction over the Election Commission? Does
    the Parliamentarian have jurisdiction over the Election
    Commission? Does the Association have jurisdiction over the
    Election Commission? Does the Supreme Court of Saginaw
    Valley have jurisdiction over the Election Commission? May
    Election Commission rules conflict with the Associations
    governing documents?

    LEGAL ARGUMENT
    The University Election Commission is a part of SVSU, that
    the Association uses to run its elections (Charter, Article III,
    Section 1).
    CONCLUSION
    The petition should be granted.
