further! Work on a world scale greenfield ethane cracker and derivatives complex. As our Site
Construction Quality Manager you will implement the project quality management system including
planning and audits, reviews and surveillance, provide quality training, and utilize quality tools for
problem solving and assessment and metrics. Additionally you will plan and coordinate site surveillance.
Primary responsibility is for maintaining quality standard of finished products and the processes and
materials that go into construction and fabrication. You should be a professional with a minimum of ten
years of related work experience in quality control with at least three years of field supervision. Site
Construction Quality Manager duties:Assist in planning and coordinate the quality effort within the
Construction Project Team.Ensure that the quality requirements are adequately defined, approved and
communicated.Resolve any issues with Company internal organizations Prepare the Quality
Requirements Matrix and review Contractors Quality Plan.Ensure that the plan is implemented
correctly. Assist in development and clarification standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Company's
project quality process.Provide support for the procurement and contracts departments by reviewing
purchase order and contract quality requirements, reviewing/approving suppliers’ and Contractors
Inspection and Test Plans and Nondestructive Test and Weld Procedures.Review supplier and
Contractor quality documentation and ensure conformance with defined requirements.Perform audits,
reviews and surveillance of the Quality System.Ensure that Quality System and ISO 9001 requirements
are met as new tools, methods and systems are implemented. Qualifications:Bachelors degree,
Engineering preferred, or equivalent experienceMinimum of ten (10) years QA/QC experience with at
least three (3) years directly relating to field supervision of quality management construction activities in
oll, gas and/or petrochemical projects. Site Construction Quality Manager shall be experienced in
planning, conducting and documenting quality audits and ideally be qualified as a Quality Auditor
through ASQ (CQA) or RAB (QSA), IRCA or other certification scheme conforming to ISO
19011Knowledge of applicable codes and standards:American Concrete Institute (ACI), American
Society for Mechanical Engineers (ASME), American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT),
American Institute for Steel Construction (AISC), American Society for Testing and Materials
(ASTM),American Petroleum Institute (API), American Welding Society AWS), National Association
Corrosion Engineers (NACE), National Fire Protection Association, International Association of Electrical
and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), International Electrical Testing Association (iNETA),Instrument Society
of America (ISA), etc. Working knowledge of international codes (ISO 9001, API Spec Q1, ISO
