    Guidelines

    -Start duties 15 minutes before recess ends (etc. 1005 end, 0950 start)
    -Names highlighted in RED----take attendance for your time recess slot,
    get attendance list from outside the SC Room and position yourself
    at the walkway along SC Room
    -Councillors number 2&3, position yourself at the walkway along SC
    Room and ensure students dont bring food/drinks out of the canteen
    -Councillors number 4, position yourself outside the Gym Room Door
    and stop students attempting to bring food/drinks out
    -Councillors number 5, position yourself at the walkway close to the car
    and stop students bring food/drinks out and make sure they consume
    inside the canteen
    -All councillors after the the bell has rang, approach students who are still
    eating to quickly finish up their food and proceed back to class

    Important Notes
    All councillors please take note:
    1. Attendance for recess duty is compulsory unless you got valid reason (etc. Worship Practise, Sick/Not in school)
    2. Attendance will be marked and checked
    3. Avoid being late for duties
    4. In an event if duties are not done, warnings will be given which may lead to a strike
