To Whom It May Concern,

This letter serves the purpose of recommending Ms. Janae Wilson for a teaching position in your school or district. I had the
privilege of instructing Ms. Wilson in two of her courses during her teacher preparation program in the iTeachAZ program at
Arizona State University. She stood out as an outstanding student who is highly engaged, well prepared and able to work
cooperatively with a variety of people. Even more importantly she was able to make connections to her students easily while
learning theory and pedagogy in the classroom setting.

In addition to her intense school schedule, Janae completed a full year of student teaching which requires commitment, passion
and a skill set that puts student success at the forefront. She has continually shown growth through a variety of observations
conducted by her site coordinator and mentor teacher and has proven to be reflective in her practices.
Ms. Wilson has all of the characteristics and skills necessary to be a life changing teacher and is ready for the challenges that lay
