    Funding Available to Help with B.A.S.E.

    Camp Summer Child Care

    B.A.S.E. Camp is a nonprofit, 22-year-old organization that works in


    cooperation with local elementary school to provide fun, quality, affordable
    child care. Along with school year programs in many local elementary
    schools, Summer B.A.S.E. Camp provides all-day care in the summer. This
    includes mental, physical, and social activities in four age-selected groups
    as well as nutritious snacks, presenters, swimming, and field trips.

    B.A.S.E. Camp has limited, extra funds available to assist families with their
    summer camp costs for Summer 2010.  B.A.S.E. Camp has changed its fee
    schedule to give families better assistance.  Once these funds are
    committed, we must return to the normal fees. Some families who made
    too much money to qualify earlier might qualify now.

    There are many options. For example, for one day (11 ½ hours), for one
    child:
    A household of 4 (adults and children combined) earning less than
    $1,838 monthly pays $10.
    A household of 4 (adults and children combined) earning less than
    ________________

    $3,250 monthly pays $29.


     A household of 4 (adults and children combined) earning more than
    $5,015 monthly pays full fee of $38.
