The letter is a request for funding from the "Little Heart Health Welfare Association" addressed to the Project Director of Mother & Child Care at Wockhardt Ltd. The association was registered in 2009 with the goal of providing free medical treatment to the poor suffering from diseases and health issues. They have started providing free treatment with limited funds from members but need more funding to fully achieve their aims, so they are requesting a budget release from the director.

Sir, This is for your kind information that our 'Little Heart Health Welfare Association' has been registered on 13th October 2009 by registrar of firms, societies & non-trading corporations, West Bengal (registration no.- 64213 of 2009-2010). It is a new association started with the hope of serving the life of the wretched & poor who are suffering from various diseases, health hazards, malnutrition by giving them free medical treatment through our association. We have already started to help the patients free medical treatment with very little contribution given by the members of our association. Despite our strong desire to help the poor patients, this association is in difficulty to fulfill its aim due to lack of fund. Under the circumstances you are requested to release the primary budget so that our association can reach its goal. Hoping to be favoured, Sir. Yours faithfully,
