Demo Unit Purchase Form

Overview:
Associate Partners are entitled to purchase demo units through the ROHDE&SCHWARZ TOPEX
Associate Partner Program at a special discount. All demo units purchased through this program may
be used for internal demo, testing and training purposes only and is subject to the requirements
provided in this agreement. Demo units cannot be resold within three months of original purchase date.
Applying for Demo Units:
Please complete this form and include it when you submit your demo unit purchase order to
ROHDE&SCHWARZ TOPEX.
Purchases of demo units are not subject to your reseller agreement with ROHDE&SCHWARZ TOPEX or
your ROHDE&SCHWARZ TOPEX distributor but the terms set forth below. Additional or different terms
on your purchase order will not apply. Demo unit purchase orders will not be processed without
attachment of a completed, signed Demo Unit Purchase Form.

Demo Units:
ROHDE&SCHWARZ TOPEX Affiliate Partners may purchase at a special discount one demo unit for
every 20 units sold, up to a maximum of 10 demo units per year. Payment terms shall be those in your
reseller agreement with ROHDE&SCHWARZ TOPEX or the terms you have with your
ROHDE&SCHWARZ TOPEX distributor. Please indicate requested products and quantities:

Your signature indicates you agree to the following requirements for demo units purchased:
1) Demo Units may not be resold for three months and are to be kept active on a demo basis to
prospective clients;
2) Demo Units sold early must be replaced with units taken from your inventory or ordered at Partners
standard discount (reseller price);
3) Demo units may not be returned to ROHDE&SCHWARZ TOPEX unless defective;
5) After three months, any demo unit that is sold must be sold under standard warranty conditions.
