To Whom It May Concern,

I have known Mrs. Norton for almost a year now. She has been a great asset to our
special education team at Kemp Primary. Anything that is asked, she is willing and
typically goes above and beyond to get the job done. She has taken on many roles
and many duties within the school from co-teaching to assisting with severe special
needs students.
She has received constructive guidance and astounding skills to incorporate in her
career as a professional educator. It would be of utmost privilege to have her serve
as a member of your teaching team. I am confident that your district would be the
ideal place for her to begin the next phase of her career.
