I will train for the Mother's Day Classic 2016 5K run by running around my block and nearby park under the supervision of my mother Wendy Wang. This activity will provide challenges like persevering through difficult intervals and improving my cardiovascular health and running techniques. My goals are to finish the race and gain better fitness and mental strength. I will provide photos, logs, and sign-offs as evidence of completing the activity, which will help me reflect on learning outcomes like considering the ethical implications of my actions and developing new skills.
