WEST JETS PACK UP & FLY PROGRAM A TRAVEL GAME

CHANGER

Hamilton, Ont.March 22, 2016- Travel should be made easy, not

made to feel like a constant hunt for the best deal. WestJet makes
getting you to your destination comfortable and affordable. With an
integrated service delivery model, the airline provides an enjoyable
travel experience from the moment you book, until the moment you
get to where youre going. Now WestJets Pack Up & Fly Program
will change the way adventurers travel. It is the first mystery travel
program that offers affordability, comfort and spontaneity for its
customers.

We wanted to create a program that would excite our travellers, said

WestJets C.E.O. Gregg Staretsky. Pack Up & Go will make our
customers travel dreams into reality sooner and easier. WestJet
travellers will be able to book a flight based on millage or continent,
without knowing where they are going until 24 hours before departure,

at up to 85% off competitors pricing. It will also give us the
opportunity to fill empty seats on our flight, that otherwise go unused.
Even with the discount, we are still committed to upmost customer
satisfaction, and our Pack Up & Go travellers will still get all of WestJet
perks. Its a win-win situation and were so excited.

Antonio Faiola, PACT Chairman at WestJet endorses how the programs

approach will change the way their customers travel. While Im on the
board of directors now, I started in this company as a travel attendant.
I was driven by adventure and excited at the thought of visiting places
Ive never seen before. Its what inspired me to get into the business.
Now, with the Pack Up & Go program, destinations that our travellers
never thought would be manageable for their budgets will be able to
happen- their dreams are in arms reach! We are so excited about this
program. Our only regret is that we didnt think of it sooner.

Pack Up & Fly allows customers to book a flight based on millage or

continent, without knowing where they are going. We have a low-price
guarantee on these flights, meaning it will be the cheapest possible
flight on the market. The flier chooses the dates they wish to travel as
well as the departure airport, and the rest is up to chance. 24 hours
before the departure date, the WestJet traveller receives its destination
and flight time. Booking is exclusive to www.westjet.com and its toll
