BEHAVIOR # 9
Behaviors # 9 Apply understanding of social, economic and
environmental justice to advocate for human rights at the
individual and systems levels.
I will reach this goal by interviewing each department head to
have a clearer understanding of the different job
roles/responsibilities in each department; and the
interdependence between departments.
Measurement of goal by rapport building with staff, daily
journal of events at SJOP, follow resident from intake
admission through rehabilitation and d/c home.

BEHAVIOR # 10
Behavior # 10 Engage in practices that advance social,
economic, and environmental justice.
I will observe the practices within the departments of SJOP as I
work alongside the department heads and SW agency
supervisor determining the needs of clients/residents.
Billing helps maintain fair economic justice through selfaudits, SW, nursing, OT, PT & activities provide social justice
through diversity and non-bias treatment. Housekeeping,
maintenance & dietary help provide environmental health
safety and nutrition.
Goals can be measured by attending care plan meetings,
following quality assurance suggestions & HIPPA & OSHA
guidelines.
