DEMOGRAPHY: - A 53 years female patient was admitted


in E- ward with complaints of abdomen distension, fever,
vomiting. She had a past history of lung cancer stage-IV.
PROVISIONAL DIAGNOSIS:- VOMITINGS 2 EPISODES :-1
MONTH. ABDOMEN DISTENSION AND FEVER.
