Dear Street Feeders of KL,

Enquiring the availability of dates for Rotaract Club to volunteer for fortnight food distributions
I am writing this letter on behalf of the Rotaract Club of Taylors College Subang Jaya to enquire about
the upcoming dates available for our club to volunteer for the Street Feeders of KL event which is held
every two weeks. The Rotaract Club aims to volunteer for at least 2 times a month, alternating each
fortnight starting for the next date after April 13th 2016.
2. We were informed that the next upcoming distribution of food will be on April 13 th. However
Taylors College is having a semester break, which unables outstation students to volunteer on this date.
Thus, we would like to enquire the next upcoming dates after April 13 th for our club members to
volunteer. The details of our club are as follow:
Range of volunteers per visit: 18 20 members
Transport: Provided by Taylors College Student Development Centre
Time: 8 p.m 11.30 p.m
3. We would also like to enquire whether is there any registration needed if we are volunteering as a
club or a big group. If there is more additional information of our club required, please dont hesitate to
contact our Community Service Director, Amir Irfan at 012-3168058. We hope that we can get the list of
dates starting from April 13th and so on at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
