SUMMARY

My name is Angela Flores and I am an aspiring pastry chef. I have spent

my entire life surrounded by all things culinary and have built a love for
baking upon that. Growing up with a chef as a father accustomed me to
the world of professional kitchens and gave me an immense love for it. My
love for baking led me to pursue it as a full time career and pushed me to
enroll at The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College for Pastry Arts so
that I can further my knowledge on the subject. After graduating I hope to
land a job in my field where I can gain immense experience to increase
my knowledge and expertise in my field. I'm still early on in life and have
many years of learning and teaching.
