MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN
RAMJAS COLLEGE STUDENTS UNION AND db
Group
1. Ramjas College Students Union will pay a sum of Rs 7, 43,575/- (Seven Lac
Forty Three Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Five) in total by cash or
cheque which includes the performance charge of Anushka Manchanda,
her travel and stay in Delhi.
2. If the payment is done by cheque then there will be a additional amount of
service charge.
3. A payment of Rs 87,875 (Eighty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy
Five) inclusive of service charge is done in the name of DB GROUP by
Corporation Bank Cheque Number 853864 dated on 15 th March 2016
and balance amount of Rs 43,575/- (Forty Three Thousand Five Hundred
Seventy Five) will be done by cash on 19 th March 2016 without fail.
4. An amount of Rs 6,25,000/- (Six Lakh Twenty Five Thousand) is received by
cash on 15th March 2016 out of total amount of Rs 7,43,575/-(Seven Lakh
Forty three Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Five).
