    To Whom It May Concern:
    I am writing on behalf of Mr. Ben Marshall, senior at Western High School. I had the
    pleasure of teaching Ben in our elective social science course of psychology his junior
    year, and currently in the elective course of Advanced Placement Psychology. In my
    experiences with Ben this semester, I have learned a few key traits about him. Ben
    demonstrates respect with others and has an inquiring mind for learning.
    Ben has a mature nature about him, which enables his interactions with others to be
    done in a respectful manner. Additionally, in having Ben in an AP course, I have the
    opportunity to watch his maturity and work ethic. He has created a schedule that
    challenges his thinking, while preparing him for college.
    I am happy to be a part of Bens learning each day and strive to challenge him to go
    above and beyond. Bens natural intelligence and curiosity makes him a viable
    candidate for your scholarship as I believe he has the determination to complete his
    educational goals.
