Unit Objectives:
Reading- This week we will continue the genre of
Traditional Literature and delve deeper into paired
passages by utilizing the Analysis Pyramid.

Writing - We will continue with our Twisted Fairytale,


which encompasses the components we are learning in
Reading and in particular Traditional Literature.

Math- We will continue our unit on measurement. Our


focus this week will be on converting units of time, and
finding elapsed time.

Science We will continue learning about ecosystems.

Social Studies We will continue to discuss Chapter 9 and

Wednesday: Reading: Complete pyramid and questions given on Monday due tomorrow for completion grade.
Read at least 20 minutes, book log is due tomorrow for grade. Math: Go over the measurement review,
Envision pages 691-694, for the test tomorrow.

Thursday: Read at least 20 minutes, study spelling words, and work on completing Social Studies
Research Project due April 22.

Friday: No School
