    To Whom It May Concern,
    Durga Raju is a currently a student employee for me at the BC Caf, and he is a key
    employee for our business. He works as one of our cooks, but he is more than just a cook.
    He has a very calming presence, and he helps the other cooks do their jobs better. Durga
    smiles the whole time he is working he genuinely enjoys working.
    Durga is always on time, he works very hard, and he helps everyone around him to do
    their best work. He requires no supervision, which is a rare quality among most workers at the
    caf.
    I am very grateful to have Durga as a member of my team. I feel that it is was a
    miracle that he wanted to come work for us, and I will be sad when he eventually leaves. If
    you are considering Durga for a position, I gladly recommend him to you.
