Quality Policy
Tafseers construction services are implemented with a systematic, quality
assurance programme based on the project specification and other requirements
in order to control and maintain the highest possible quality of work throughout
the construction period.
All of Tafseers responsibilities are met on schedule with full safety standards
specified by the clients. Quality assurance at site includes the most stringent
quality control standards and a system to insure that these standards are met.
Tafseers commitment to system quality has evolved over a number of years
through efforts to improve previous material, design, construction and
maintenance operating deficiencies by development of company procedures and
standards.Furthurmore, this commitment has been driven by a company
philosophy, which contends that a
proactive approach of quality management is more beneficial in the long term to
both the company and the public, than a reactive approach to quality problems.
Over the last several years, Tafseer has placed a great deal of emphasis in the
development and improvement of design procedures and specifications and
construction inspection. The goal was to optimize quality, schedules and cost
effectiveness and to minimize the environmental impact of our construction
operations.
The quality management programme ensures that the assigned technical
performance characteristics of engineering design, engineering materials,
equipment & fabrication processes are effectively specified and provided. In
addition, the program ensures that
technical performance characteristics shall be maintained through construction
and operation.

It is recognized that the responsibilities for quality concerns everyone involved

with the facilities design, procurement, construction and operation. Audits of
key activities are completed by designated people independent of the group
performing the activity on a specific project.
In essence, doing the job right the first time has translated into tangible
savings for the company and proven the effectiveness and credibility of Tafseers
approach to quality management.
Typically, for significant projects, Tafseer would recommend early development
and implementation of Quality Management Program. This is equally important
to a client with an operating system as it is for the quality assurance on newly
constructed facilities.
