about the design and quantity of
chinaware before purchasing it.
2. Please CC record all wasted food at all
outlets (Regency Club and Kemangi
Bistro) including jajan pasar at the
wasted food report on daily basis to
Cost Audit.
3. Regarding the way how to control speed
up delivery food to our Guest, please
prepare time report order meal start
from taking order by Captain Order
until meal serve to guest.
4. Will do and report sales analyze for
beverage cost in Bogeys Teras and
Kemangi Bistro in period Dec14 and
Jan15 why was over budget before
next pegboard.
5. Find and compare price for buying
between LCD 3500 and Lumens or 5000
Lumens and alternative kind of LCD can
stand near projector.
