According to a report by G. John Richards, Prosecuting Attorney of Lincoln County, the


following case was heard in the Circuit Court of Lincoln County before the Honorable Amy
Kinker on April 26, 2010.

STATE OF MISSOURI VS. CHRISTOPHER BOECKMAN

Christopher Boeckman, 33, of Winfield, entered a plea of guilty on April 12, 2010 to the Class
C Felony of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced on April 26, 2010. The
defendant received a sentence of five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections with the
Court to retain jurisdiction for 120 days. The Court followed the State’s recommendation. This
sentence arose out of the events of January 26, 2009, in the County of Lincoln, State of Missouri,
the defendant possessed methamphetamine, a controlled substance, knowing of its presence and
nature.
