Pragmatism (pg. 118, paragraph 3, Hardman and Jones)

Pragmatism is practicality or consistency used ordinarily or on a consistent basis.
This definition helps me understand the text better as it states the strategies used by
victims of sexual harassment are attacking the problem with pragmatism and ambition.
According to my interpretation, this means that victims will be consistently seeking to be
better and have ambition to put it behind them. Finding ways to cope and attacking it
with a plan of pragmatism.
