Lesson Steps/Activities including Timeline & Grouping
Anticipatory Set (activate prior knowledge): Introduce the
lesson by reviewing what a free enterprise system is. What good
and services are as well as producers and consumers? Remind
the students of scenarios discussed in the previous lesson.
Goods- candy, bike, toys, chrome book, etc.
Services- babysitting, walking the dog, taking out the trash,
doing your homework, etc.
Consumer- The person who buys a good or service
Producer- Selling the goods and services
Objective/Purpose: The purpose of this lesson is for students to
understand what free enterprise is and the process we go
through in order to buy and sell goods.
