"Flavor of the Month" is a song by the American alternative

rock band The Posies, released as the third single released
from its album Frosting on the Beater in 1993.

"Flavor of the Month"

"Flavor of the Month" is also a 1991 song recorded by

Black Sheep in their A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing album.
A 1993 novel by Olivia Goldsmith also shares the
same title.
