SIXTH AVENUE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, 3rd and 4th Grade Teacher

Lead mixed-ability (English language learners, Special Education, and High Potential) students using a
variety of instructional methods including I Do/We Do/You Do, guided groups, and whole group lessons.
Plan and implement math lessons using the Investigations math program utilizing Kathy Richardson Math
Perspectives and Common Core practice.
Plan and implement literacy lessons using Reciprocal Reading strategies, Mondo Guided and Shared
Reading program, and Write from the Beginning curriculum using Thinking Maps.
Conduct PARCC testing, Acuity testing, BAS benchmark assessments, DRA2 assessments, and regular
teacher-developed curriculum assessments.
