What are my strengths at the end of this semester?

I am socially adept with the residents, my classmates, and the staff.

I am punctual.
I have adapted emotionally to bathing and otherwise cleaning other people.
I am reasonably knowledgeable about my residents medications and condition.
I participate a great deal during clinical and afterwards during debriefing.

What are my areas for development at the end of this semester?

-

I must continue to improve my medical knowledge, especially my drug knowledge.

I should work faster and more efficiently as my knowledge of routine increases.
At times I can be overly critical of others.
