I am working on procurement of reliance infrastructure Ltd. after mid review

I am working on the steps involved in technical evaluation of the material,

how quotations received and evaluated by reliance and what are the
material and services they are procuring for this project and how they are
important to reliance.
Identification of gaps in the existing process and recommend suggestions to
improve the process
I am also working on the risk involved in procurement to prepare risk break
down structure for the same.

Shubham Sharma

I am currently working on developing the schedule on MS-Project by

understanding various activities involved in the Project.
I have developed Logic required for solving resource constrained
Project scheduling by genetic algorithm, currently working upon
developing code for the same
I am reading about CCPM (critical Chain Project Management) and
trying to understand its importance in relevance to my project as per
suggestions given to me during mid-term review.
