SUBJECT: Letter of Recommendation MSgt Jose L. Garcia
1. I have had the opportunity to work with MSgt Jose L. Garcia for 29 years. He has worked full
time as the Squadron Training Manager for the Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS). I have
observed him efficiently and effectively performing his duties. During my interaction with him,
he has proven to be a good listener and is articulate in his responses which attributes very
advantageously for both a follower and a leader. He is an individual who takes great pride in his
work and in the manner with which he executes his assigned tasks.
2. MSgt Jose L. Garcia assists others in resolving issues that required immediate attention. In
those instances where his expertise was limited, he made every effort to seek the assistance and
guidance of those more experienced. His preference is such that he seeks to control his
surroundings by establishing order and organization. He has impressed me with his ability strive
for excellence in the performance of his tasks and his dedication to the unit. He is a
conscientious and well organized individual who likes to see things through to culmination.
3. MSgt Jose L. Garcia has demonstrated maturity, I believe, this quality has allowed him to
excel in his willingness to accept responsibility. He has strong beliefs and established views, in
areas with which he is impassioned, but is coachable and open to external ideas. He presents
himself in a professional manner at all times and prefers his environment to be one of order. All
in all, I have to say that MSgt Jose L. Garcia is a fine individual with an abundance of positive
qualities and I would give him the strongest consideration and recommendation for any position.
