chalit kundli significance??

Hi,
What is the significance of the Chalit Kundali and
Nirayana Bhava chalit charts?
How much does it apply with repect to main Kundali and
divisonal charts?
For example I have seen that the chalit and Nirayana
Bhava chalit charts of a particular person that I know
have better placements than the Lagna Kundali.
How does this help?

Let me give you a clue....
If you could not derive the exact answer from this ...tell me...
" earth is not round but spherical, But we assume earth to be round and take all our refrences
from 00:00:01 degree of mesh rashi, to obtain rashi chart"
This assumption give rise to some errors (as earth is actually spherical), which is being
rectified by the analysis of nirayan bhava chalit....

the order in which houses FRUCTIFY in terms of yogas. Is the same sequence applicable to
Chalit Chart?
Also if a particular house is empty for eg. fourth house is the first in sequence. If its empty
then should we analyse the 4th lord instead and various planetary aspects on 4th house and
the lord?

Yes ,the same is applicable to chalit chart also...In fact all the concepts applicable on rashi
chart are equally applicable on chalit chart also...(and many times chalit chart has more
relevance than rashi chart, In those situations you can even use chalit chart with navamsa
chart.)
Note:- Do not apply ARUDH CONCEPTS on Bhava chalit chart as they should only be applied
on rashi and D-charts.

..suppose a planet is in 8 house and is not good in 8 house...bt in chalit kundli it comes out to
b in 7 house..where it is good
so wat is d impact...of 8 house or 7 house..good or bad????

Anyways...
See in very simple words....
In chalit chart ,If a planet is sitting in different house when compared with rashi chart"
It shows that the effect of that planet is actually extended in that house also.(In which it is
placed in chalit chart).
Or native will expereince the results of both the placements(OF that in rashi chart and
corresponding placement of that planet in chalit chart)
I think now I have made myself clear...

As it may be different/Incorrect in other softwares.

Since the shape of the earth is spherical....
The division of space in 12 rashis(of 30 degrees) each is not accurate.
It can be 28 egree or 27 degree etc which could make the cusp of other rashis as 32 or 33
degrees as the final sum total of all the rashi's will always remain constant(12*30=360
degrees)

If rashi chart is wrong...then first birth time should be corrected....
Only then any of the D-charts and chalit chart should be seen...
Regarding People who dont use chalit chart (may not be) fully aware of its importance.

Nikhil, by rashi chart being wrong i meant... If chalit has more relevence as compared to
rashi... then it should be observed... like in my case.. 5 planets chage their position in chalit
charts...?? so does it only signify that these planets are having influence on these houses too r
something else?? what could be interpreted if change in position is seen???

The only thing is ,both charts should be analysed simultaneouslly.

Try to get HINDI publication of "pustak mahal" of "Bhirgu samhita"
Net version and english versions of bhirgu samhita are not so good ...

Iske peeche ke gur rahasaya ko samajhna ati avashyak hai....
Yadi jatak ke janam samay se ek ya do minute aage ya peeche mein koi grah apni bhva athva
rashi avastha parivartit karta hai to uska ghatit fal 30-35 varsh ki aayu ke baad hi dekhne
mein aata hai, par yadi aisa nahi hai aur wo grah apni avastha(rasi/bhava) janam samay ke 810 min aage ya peeche badalta hai to NISHCHIT roop se uska fal aajeevan anubhav kiya jata
hai.
