Characteristics of Coaching
The quality a coach possesses determines his/her
coaching characteristics.
Jr Broncos has the only coach who abides by the rules
out of 6 teams.
Colts Coach was suspended a year.

Morality of Coaching
One of the most discussed topics today and in Hardman & Jones is how a
coachs morals impacts a team and the way they play.
They have to make sure their players reflect upon their morals on the field in
competition.

Morality of Coaching
Coaches play a big role in teaching their players the rules of the game and the
proper morals to compete with.
They are responsible for developing their players into mature adults and giving
them the proper tools to function in todays world.
TYFA coaches are given many opportunities to demonstrate this.

Males Coaching Female Athletes

Sexual assault is a terrible act of crime.

Not all sexual assaults are males assaulting females

BUT, there are many Great male coaches that treat female
athletes with respect and teach them lessons about their
sport and life.

Men can coach females, some are more qualified than others, but good men that
have been taught proper values in respect to women can be great womens
coaches!

Coaching a Specific Population

Competitiveness involving children who are gifted and elite athletes for their age .

Competitiveness
The talented kids in the TYFA league are told by their parents that they cant be stopped.
That attitude from the parents is put into their childrens minds; the kids use that for
motivation as they take the field each day.

Competitiveness
Teams in the TYFA league each have at least one elite player who either scores every
touchdown or is involved in each play.
With that said, other kids on the respective teams arent getting their chance to showcase
their talent.
